Taking your money out of VegasNow
MiFinity from A$30, bank routes from A$300 and ten crypto coins, each with a published range. Below: how to request a payout, what verification involves, and the rules that decide when funds are ready.
- A$30 MiFinity minimum
- A$6,000 per bank request
- 3× deposit turnover

Withdrawal ranges in our Australian cashier
The limits below are copied from our AUD withdrawal table. Each range is per request, and your account may also carry daily, weekly or monthly caps under our terms.
Deposit methods →| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Maximum withdrawal | Cashier label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inpay | A$300 | A$6,000 | Free · Instant |
| PayAnyBank | A$300 | A$6,000 | Free · Instant |
| Wire transfer | A$300 | A$6,000 | Free · Instant |
| MiFinity | A$30 | A$4,000 | Free · Instant |
The "Free" and "Instant" wording is the label our cashier prints beside each method. We show it because it is what you will see on screen, but please treat it as a description of the method rather than a promise about when money reaches your bank or wallet. Approval depends on verification and on the checks described further down, and delivery depends on the payment provider at the other end. We have not published a payout time, so we do not quote one here.
Coin withdrawal ranges
Crypto withdrawals are measured in the coin itself. Each range is per request.
| Coin | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.0002 | 0.12 |
| BNB | 0.01 | 24 |
| Bitcoin Cash (BCH) | 0.001 | 15 |
| Ethereum (ETH) | 0.002 | 20 |
| XRP | 0.001 | 5,000 |
| Tether (USDT) | 20 | 4,000 |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 0.01 | 200 |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | 0.01 | 20,000,000 |
| Cardano (ADA) | 2 | 460,000 |
| TRON (TRX) | 10 | 225,000 |
Because these limits are fixed in coins, their dollar value rises and falls with the market. A 0.12 BTC ceiling is worth a very different amount in Australian dollars from one month to the next, while the USDT range of 20 to 4,000 stays close to its US-dollar face value. If you are planning a larger payout in crypto, check the coin's current value against its maximum before you submit, and expect to split anything above the ceiling into more than one request.
Reading the ranges in practice
The two fiat groups in our table behave quite differently. Bank-style routes, meaning Inpay, PayAnyBank and wire transfer, start at A$300 and go to A$6,000 per request. MiFinity starts much lower, at A$30, and goes to A$4,000. The practical consequence is that a modest win is usually easier to withdraw through MiFinity or crypto than through a bank route.
Take three examples. A balance of A$180 cannot go out through Inpay, PayAnyBank or wire, because each of them starts at A$300, but it sits comfortably inside the MiFinity range. A balance of A$2,500 fits every fiat route in the table. A balance of A$9,000 is above the A$6,000 bank-route ceiling and the A$4,000 MiFinity ceiling, so it would need to go out in more than one request, or be paid in instalments as described below.
Funds return to the method you deposited with where that is possible. Credit card appears in our deposit table but not in our withdrawal table, so after a card deposit the payout goes through a bank route, MiFinity or crypto in your name. If you deposited through MiFinity, expect MiFinity to be your payout route too. If you deposited in crypto, expect your withdrawal to go back in crypto. Our payments page shows the deposit side of each of these methods.
Requesting a withdrawal, step by step
Withdrawals are requested from My Account, on desktop or in your phone browser.
Sign in and open My Account
Use our sign-in screen, then go to the withdrawal section of My Account. If you have forgotten your password, reset it from the same screen before you start.
Check your bonus status
If a bonus is still active, its wagering may not be complete. Look at the bonus area of your account first: withdrawing while a bonus is running can affect the bonus and any winnings tied to it.
Check the 3× deposit turnover
Each deposit must be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn. If you deposited A$300 and have bet A$600 so far, another A$300 of play is needed first.
Choose the method and amount
Pick a payout method from those available to you, then enter an amount inside its range: A$30 to A$4,000 for MiFinity, A$300 to A$6,000 for bank routes, or the coin range for crypto.
Complete any verification request
If we have not yet verified your account, we will ask for documents before the payout is approved. Upload clear, complete copies so the review can be finished without a second request.
Leave the request in place
Once submitted, let the request run. Cancelling a pending withdrawal to keep playing is a pattern worth watching in yourself, and our responsible gambling page explains the tools that help.
The 3× deposit rule, worked through
Our general terms, version 2.3 dated 20 January 2024, say that deposits must be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before that point, it may be refused or a processing fee may apply. This is not bonus wagering. It applies to your own deposited money, and it applies even if you never claim a bonus.
Here is a straightforward case. You deposit A$100 by MiFinity, decline the welcome bonus and play pokies. After A$300 of total bets, the turnover requirement on that deposit is met, and if your balance is then A$240, that A$240 can be requested through MiFinity in the normal way.
Now a case where the rule bites. You deposit A$1,000 by card, place A$400 of bets, and decide you would like the remaining money back. The turnover on that deposit is A$600 short of the A$3,000 required. A withdrawal at that point can be refused or carry a processing fee. The better course is to deposit only what you mean to play with, which is also the simplest way to stay inside a budget.
Game choice changes how fast bonus wagering moves. Pokies generally count 100% (with some exceptions), roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, and baccarat 0%. A A$100 roulette spin therefore clears A$25 of bonus wagering, and baccarat clears none. These contributions sit in our bonus terms and conditions, and our bonuses page sets them alongside each offer.
Verification before your first payout
Verification is separate from registration. You can open an account and deposit without it, but it is completed before a withdrawal is paid, and we may request it at any stage.
- Who you are. The request confirms that the person behind the account is the adult who registered it, with the name and date of birth entered at sign-up.
- Where you live. Your registered country and address need to line up with what you send.
- That the payment method is yours. Every card, wallet and bank account on the account must be in your name, and we may ask you to show it.
- The exact list is in your account. The documents we need are named in the verification request itself, so follow that list rather than guessing.
- Details that match. Name, date of birth and address on your documents should match the account exactly. Small differences are the most common reason a review needs a second look.
- Readable copies. All four corners visible, nothing cropped, no glare across the text, and no editing.
- Early is easier. Sending documents before you need a payout means the first withdrawal is not waiting on them.

Instalments, per-request limits and account caps
Three separate limits can shape a larger withdrawal. The first is the method range: A$6,000 per request on bank routes, A$4,000 on MiFinity, and the coin ceilings in the crypto table.
The second is the account cap. Our terms set daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps on accounts. The exact figure that applies to your account is shown in our terms and, where relevant, in your account, so we do not repeat a single number here.
The third is instalments. Our payments FAQ states that large amounts may be paid in instalments. If a win is larger than the caps that apply to you, it is not lost; it is paid out in parts over time. VIP status may carry different withdrawal or daily limits at our discretion, which our VIP page covers.
Read our termsFees on the way out
Each payout method in our table is labelled "Free", which reflects our side of the transaction. Our payments FAQ is clear that customers bear any withdrawal fees charged by a payment provider. A bank receiving an international transfer, a wallet provider processing an incoming payment or a blockchain confirming a coin transfer can each charge something, and those fees are set by them, not by us.
Two habits keep provider fees down. First, fewer and larger withdrawals usually cost less than many small ones when a provider charges per transaction. Second, for crypto, choose the coin and network your wallet supports cheaply and send nothing to an address you have not checked. A payout sent to the wrong network may not be recoverable.
The one charge that can come from our own terms is the processing fee that may apply when a withdrawal is requested before a deposit has been wagered 3×. Meeting the turnover first removes that possibility.
What usually slows a withdrawal
Documents still outstanding
A first payout waits for verification. If we have asked for a document and it has not arrived, the request cannot be approved.
A name that does not match
A payment method in another person's name, or details that differ from your registration, need to be resolved first.
A bonus still running
Unfinished bonus wagering, or a stake above A$8 while a bonus was live, can affect what is payable.
Deposit turnover not met
Funds from a deposit not yet wagered 3× can be held back or attract a processing fee.
Outside the method range
An amount under A$300 on a bank route, or above a method's maximum, needs a different method or a split request.
Checking on a pending request
If a withdrawal has been pending longer than you expected, start with your account. Look for a message asking for documents, a note about the bonus status, or a change in the request's status. Most delays come from one of the items above, and each one is visible from your side.
If nothing there explains it, contact our customer care team with the date of the request, the amount, the method and, for crypto, the wallet address you used. The published address is support@vegasnow.com, and our support page sets out how to reach us. Please avoid submitting the same request again while the first is pending, as duplicates can complicate the review.

Withdrawal questions
Short answers on getting money out of a VegasNow account.
What is the smallest withdrawal?
A$30 through MiFinity. Inpay, PayAnyBank and wire transfer start at A$300. Crypto minimums are set per coin, for example 0.0002 BTC or 20 USDT.
What is the largest single withdrawal?
A$6,000 per request on Inpay, PayAnyBank and wire, A$4,000 on MiFinity, and the coin ceilings in the crypto table, such as 0.12 BTC or 4,000 USDT. Account caps and instalments can also apply to large amounts.
How long will my payout take?
We do not publish a payout time. The cashier labels methods "Instant", but approval depends on verification, the 3× deposit rule and any active bonus, and delivery depends on your provider.
Why was my withdrawal refused?
Common reasons are outstanding verification, a payment method not in your name, a deposit not yet wagered 3×, or bonus terms not yet met. Your account will usually show which applies.
Can I withdraw to a different method from the one I deposited with?
Funds return to the deposit method where that is possible. Credit card is not in our withdrawal table, so after a card deposit a bank route, MiFinity or crypto in your name is used instead.
Will I pay a fee?
We label payout methods "Free", but customers bear any fees charged by the payment provider. A processing fee may apply if a withdrawal is requested before a deposit is wagered 3×.
What happens with a very large win?
Large amounts may be paid in instalments, within the per-request ranges and the daily, weekly and monthly caps in our terms. Deposit-bonus winnings are capped at A$5,000 per offer.
