Your personal information at VegasNow
Running a real-money casino account means holding some information about you. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect, why we need it, who it is shared with and how to ask us about it.
- 18+ accounts only
- AUD account currency
- OGL/2024/164/0246 licence

Who looks after your information
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. Just Entertainment B.V. is responsible for the personal information connected with your VegasNow account. You can check the licence on the Curaçao Gaming Authority validator, and our licensing page explains what it covers.
This page is a plain-language summary written for players in Australia. It is not a replacement for the full privacy terms that apply to your account, and where the two differ, the full terms take priority. If you have a question about your information, or want to make a request about it, write to customer care at support@vegasnow.com from the email address registered to your account.
What we collect
We collect information at three points: when you register, when you move money and when you play. Each category is held for a reason connected with running your account.
| Category | Examples | Why we hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Registration details | Your account details, country, currency and date of birth | To open your account, confirm you are 18 or older and show your balance in the right currency |
| Verification documents | Proof of identity and other documents we request, usually before a withdrawal | To confirm the account belongs to you and meet our licence obligations |
| Payment information | The methods you use, deposit and withdrawal amounts and their dates | To credit deposits, pay withdrawals to methods in your name and keep accurate records |
| Play and bonus records | Games opened, stakes, results, bonuses taken and wagering progress | To settle bets correctly, track bonus conditions and loyalty points, and answer disputes |
| Technical information | Device, browser and sign-in records, plus cookies | To keep you signed in, protect the account and keep the site working properly |
How we use your information
Most of what we hold is used simply to run your account. We need your registration details to create it, your payment information to deposit and withdraw, and your play records to settle every spin and hand correctly. Without that information we could not provide the casino at all.
Some information is held because our licence requires it. Verification is part of that: we confirm who you are, usually before your first withdrawal, and our terms require payment methods to be in the account holder's name. Records of transactions and play also allow us to look back at what happened if you ever question a result or a payment.
We also use information to protect you and the account. Sign-in records help us spot access that may not be yours. Play records can help identify patterns that suggest someone is struggling, and the limits and self-exclusion tools in your account rely on the same information to work.
If you agree to receive offers, we use your contact details to tell you about promotions such as the weekly reloads on our weekly promotions page. You can change your marketing preferences whenever you like, and doing so does not affect your ability to play.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only where that is needed to run your account or required of us.
- Payment services. The providers behind the methods in our cashier, such as card processing, MiFinity, Cashtocode, bank transfer services and crypto payment processing, receive what they need to complete your transaction.
- Game studios. Providers whose games appear in our lobby, such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play, receive what is needed to run and settle the rounds you play.
- Verification services. Where we use a service to help check documents, it receives the documents and details needed for that check.
- Technical suppliers. Services that host the site, send email or help protect against fraud process information to provide those services to us.
- Regulators and authorities. Where the Curaçao Gaming Authority or another competent authority lawfully requires it, we provide the information requested.
Keeping your information secure
We limit who can see personal information to the people and services that need it to run your account, and we ask you to play your part too. Choose a strong password that you do not use on any other site, keep the email account registered with us secure, and sign out on shared devices.
Accounts are for adults only. If you believe someone under 18 has opened an account or is using yours, tell customer care so we can act on it. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, change your password from the sign-in screen and let us know at support@vegasnow.com.

What cookies do on our site
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep you signed in, remember settings such as language and currency, and understand how pages perform. Some are essential: without them, signing in and using the cashier will not work properly.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you add VegasNow to your Home Screen from Safari or Chrome, the shortcut uses the same browser storage, so clearing it will sign you out. Our mobile page explains the Home Screen shortcut.
Requests you can make
Write to customer care from your registered email address and tell us what you need. We will explain what we can do and, where something has to be kept, why.
Ask what we hold
You can ask for a summary of the personal information connected with your account.
Correct your details
If your name, address or contact details change or are wrong, tell us. Accurate details matter, because withdrawals go to methods in the account holder's name.
Change marketing choices
You can stop promotional messages through your account settings or by asking customer care.
Close your account
You can ask to close your account. Some records may need to be kept after closure because of our licence and payment obligations, and we will tell you which.
Privacy questions
Why do you need my date of birth?
Only adults can hold an account. Your date of birth lets us confirm you are 18 or older before you play.
When will you ask for documents?
Verification is separate from registration and can be requested later, for example before a withdrawal. Uploading documents early can avoid a delay when you want to cash out.
Do game studios see my name?
Studios receive what they need to run and settle your rounds. Questions about exactly what is shared can go to support@vegasnow.com.
Can I turn off promotional emails?
Yes. Change your marketing preferences in your account settings or ask customer care. You will still receive messages that relate to your account, such as payment and security notices.
How do I update my details?
Change what you can in your account settings, and write to customer care for anything you cannot change yourself.
Who do I contact about privacy?
Write to support@vegasnow.com from the email address registered to your account. Our contact page explains what to include.
