Who runs VegasNow
Vegas Now is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. That one sentence is the legal backbone of everything you do with your VegasNow account. When you deposit, take a bonus, place a spin or request a payout, the counterparty is Just Entertainment B.V., and the duties that come with the licence sit with that company.
We print the licence reference in full because it gives you something concrete to check. A casino brand name is easy to copy and a logo is easy to borrow, but a licence number has to match a record held by the authority that issued it. If you ever reach a site that looks like ours and quotes a different company or a different reference, close the tab and come back to us through an address you trust.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes a certificate record for licence holders. Ours is at cert.cga.cw (token 246). Opening it takes a few seconds and shows the licensing details from the regulator's side rather than ours, which is the whole point of a public record.

Match the company name
The record should name Just Entertainment B.V. If the company shown on a casino site differs from the one in the record, the two do not belong together.
Match the reference
Compare the licence number with OGL/2024/164/0246, character by character. Copycat sites often get one digit or the year wrong.
Check where you are
Make sure the site in your browser is one you reached by typing a VegasNow address or through this site. If anything about the address looks unfamiliar, write to customer care at support@vegasnow.com before you deposit.
What the licence means for your account
A licence is a set of obligations. These are the parts you will actually notice as a player.
- Our conditions are published before you sign up. The general terms (version 2.3, 20 January 2024) and the bonus terms (26 February 2024) set out how deposits, bonuses and withdrawals work, and they apply to every account in the same way. You can read them on our terms page.
- Accounts are for adults only. You give your date of birth at registration, and identity verification is completed before money leaves the cashier, as explained on our account opening page.
- Payment methods must be in the account holder's name. A card or wallet belonging to somebody else cannot fund your VegasNow account.
- Deposits must be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn. Without that turnover a withdrawal can be refused or carry a processing fee, so it is worth knowing before you top up.
- Bonus rules are fixed and written down: 40× wagering, seven days to complete, a maximum bet of A$8 while a bonus is active, one active bonus at a time, and the option to decline any bonus you do not want.

Where the games come from and how to read their numbers
The titles in our game lobby are supplied by well-known studios, including Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Belatra, BGaming and Evolution. The studios build the maths, publish the specifications and run the games from their own servers; we do not alter how a game behaves once it is in the lobby.
Where a studio publishes a return-to-player figure, we quote it as published. Gates of Olympus, for example, is listed by Pragmatic Play at 96.50%, and Elvis Frog in Vegas is listed by BGaming at 95.3%. Read those numbers as long-run averages across a very large number of rounds. They describe the game's design, not what any one session will return, and a short run can land well above or well below them.
Live tables such as Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time come from Evolution, whose own pages describe the rules and payouts. Where a studio does not publish a figure for a title, we do not invent one.
