Who you are agreeing with
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. Your account agreement is with Just Entertainment B.V., and it covers your account, your balance, every bet you place and every bonus you accept. Who can hold an account
These conditions apply to every account without exception.
- You must be 18 or older. We confirm your date of birth at registration and may ask for documents to verify it.
- One account per person. The account must be opened and used by you, for yourself.
- Your details must be accurate. Registration asks for your account details, country, currency and date of birth. Keep them up to date.
- Payment methods must be in your name. Our terms require every payment method you use to belong to the account holder.
- Verification is required. Identity checks are separate from registration and can be requested later, for example before a withdrawal.

How the welcome package fits these terms
Our welcome package is spread across four deposits and totals up to A$8,000 plus 500 free spins. The first deposit receives a 150% match up to A$1,500 with 200 spins and needs no code. The second, third and fourth deposits use the codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 for 100% up to A$2,000 with 50 spins, 50% up to A$2,000 with 50 spins and 25% up to A$2,500 with 200 spins.
Each stage follows the general terms above. A worked example: a A$100 first deposit brings a A$150 bonus, and 40× wagering means A$6,000 of qualifying play within 7 days. Verification and keeping your account secure
We verify every account holder, and verification is separate from registration. You can open an account and deposit straight away, but we can ask for documents at any point, and we will always need them before a withdrawal is paid. Uploading clear copies early is the simplest way to avoid a wait when you want to cash out.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, sign in only through the official site and never share one-time codes. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password from the sign-in screen and tell customer care at support@vegasnow.com straight away.
Points, levels and the VIP lounge
Real-money play earns loyalty points: 1 point per A$25 wagered on slots, 1 per A$100 on roulette and 1 per A$250 on blackjack and baccarat. Points can be exchanged in the Loyalty Store, starting at 200 points for a A$5 bonus, and bonuses from exchanged points carry 40× wagering.

Our terms are updated from time to time, and each version carries its date; the general terms were last revised as version 2.3 on 20 January 2024, and the general bonus terms are dated 26 February 2024. The version in force when you play is the one that applies. If you do not accept a change, you can stop playing and withdraw your available balance under the normal rules.

The maximum bet while a bonus is active is A$8. Going above it can put the bonus and any winnings from it at risk, so check your balance status before raising stakes.
