Answers first, then a direct line to our team
Most questions our customer care team receives are about the same handful of topics: signing in, verification, bonus wagering, deposits and withdrawals. This page answers them with the figures from our terms, and explains how to reach us at support@vegasnow.com when you need a person.
- A$8,000 welcome package
- 40× wagering

Accounts and access
Opening an account takes a few minutes. The form asks for your account details, your country, the currency you want to play in and your date of birth; you must be 18 or older. Choosing AUD means your balance, limits and bonus figures will all read in Australian dollars. Our registration page goes through each field.
To sign in, use the sign-in screen on the site. If you cannot remember your password, the reset option is on that same screen, and it is the quickest fix for most access problems. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder before writing to us, and make sure you are using the email address you registered with. The login page has more tips for common sign-in issues.
Keep your account to yourself. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, do not share your login, and sign out on shared devices. Payment methods must be in the account holder's name, so funding an account with someone else's card or wallet will cause problems at withdrawal time.
Verification, step by step
Verification is a separate step from registration. We may request it later, and typically do before a withdrawal.
Wait for the request
You do not need to verify to register or deposit. When verification is needed, we will tell you which documents we require for your account.
Send clear, complete copies
All four corners visible, no glare, and every detail readable. Blurred or cropped images are the most common reason a check takes longer than it should.
Make sure names match
The name on your documents should match your account and your payment method. If you changed your name, mention it in your message so we know what to look for.
Reply to follow-up questions
If we need anything else, we will ask by email. Answering promptly is the simplest way to keep your withdrawal moving.
Verifying before your first withdrawal request, rather than after, removes one wait from the process. It is worth doing as soon as we ask.
Bonuses, spins and wagering
Our welcome package spreads up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins across four deposits. The first stage needs no code: deposit A$20 or more and you receive a 150% match up to A$1,500 with 200 free spins. The next three stages use VEGAS2 (100% up to A$2,000 and 50 spins), VEGAS3 (50% up to A$2,000 and 50 spins) and VEGAS4 (25% up to A$2,500 and 200 spins). The current codes are always on our promo codes page.
Each stage carries 40× wagering on the bonus amount and 40× on free-spin winnings, a A$8 maximum stake per spin or hand while the bonus is active, a A$5,000 cap on what a deposit bonus can pay out, and 7 days to complete. Welcome free-spin winnings are capped at A$300, and your deposit must be wagered once before the free-spin part is released.
A worked example clears up most questions. Deposit A$100 at stage one and you receive A$150 in bonus funds. Forty times A$150 is A$6,000. On pokies, which count at 100% with some exceptions, you need to stake A$6,000. On roulette, at 25%, each A$100 bet clears only A$25. Blackjack and game shows count at 10%, and baccarat at 0%.
Two habits avoid most bonus problems. Only one bonus can be active at a time, so finish or decline one before claiming the next. And keep an eye on the stake: a bet above A$8 while a bonus is running can put the bonus at risk. If you would rather play without conditions, you can decline any bonus. All current offers are on the bonuses page, and the full rules are in our terms and conditions.
Money in and money out
Limits from our Australian payment table. Crypto amounts are in the coin itself.

Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, TRON and BNB are also accepted, each with its own minimum and range. On fees: we cover our own costs on deposits, but a payment provider may charge its own fee, and any withdrawal fee charged by a provider is borne by the customer. The cashier labels each row "Free" and "Instant"; those labels describe our side of the transaction rather than a guarantee about your bank, wallet or the blockchain.
Withdrawals: what to check first
Withdrawals are requested from My Account. Before the first one is paid, we complete verification. Where possible, money goes back to the method you deposited with, which is why the deposit and withdrawal routes are worth thinking about together. The withdrawals page covers each route in detail.
Deposits need to be wagered three times before related funds can be withdrawn. If they have not been, the withdrawal may be refused or a processing fee may apply. Funds tied to an active bonus are not withdrawable until the wagering is complete or the bonus is declined. Our terms also set daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, and large amounts may be paid out in instalments.
We do not publish a promised payout time. What we can tell you is what usually slows a request: missing or unclear verification documents, unfinished bonus wagering, a deposit that has not yet been wagered three times, or a withdrawal method that does not match the deposit method. Checking those four things first resolves most "where is my money" questions.

Three checks that solve most problems
Refresh before you worry. A balance that looks wrong after a big win or a dropped connection usually corrects itself when the page reloads. Check the game's history before assuming a round was lost.
Check your bonus state. Many questions about blocked withdrawals or stakes come down to an active bonus. Your account shows whether one is running and how much wagering is left.
Read the offer you claimed. Every promotion shows its code, cap and conditions on the offer itself. The answer to "why did this not credit" is often a missed code or a deposit below the method's minimum.

Contact options →- Write from your registered email address, so we can match the message to your account straight away.

- For a payment question, give the method, the amount, the date and any transaction reference the cashier showed.
- For a game question, give the game name, the time of the round and a screenshot if you have one.
- For a bonus question, name the offer and the code you used, if any.
- One topic per message keeps things clear when more than one person looks at it.
A word on safety: our official Instagram account is @vegasnowcasino, but please do not send account or payment details through social media messages. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be from VegasNow and asking for your password or card details is not us.
Loyalty points and VIP questions
Loyalty points are earned on real-money play only. Pokies earn one redeemable point and one status point per A$25 wagered, roulette one point per A$100, and blackjack and baccarat one point per A$250. Status points decide your level across seven levels named after Las Vegas venues, from Golden Glimmer I upward; Golden Glimmer II needs 600 status points and Golden Glimmer III needs 2,000.
Redeemable points are exchanged in the Loyalty Store. At Golden Glimmer, 200 points buy a A$5 bonus; at Parisian Palace Las Vegas, 750 points buy A$20. Bonuses from points carry 40× wagering, so they follow the same rules as any other bonus, including the A$8 stake limit while active.
The Sin City VIP Lounge is by selection, based on dedication and regular activity, and you are welcome to contact us about VIP access. VIP status may carry different withdrawal or daily limits at our discretion. The loyalty and VIP page lists the published benefits.
Playing on a phone
- No download is needed. VegasNow runs in Safari, Chrome and other current mobile browsers.
- You can add the site to your home screen: in Safari use Share, then Add to Home Screen; in Chrome use the More menu, then Install or create shortcut.
- One account works on every device, with the same balance, bonus progress and limits.
- Live tables stream video, so Wi-Fi is the better choice for long live sessions.
- The mobile casino page covers the rest, including what to do if your connection drops mid-round.
Limits, breaks and outside help
Deposit limits and self-exclusion are available in your account, and our customer care team can help you set them up or take a break. A deposit limit is best set before you start playing, when the decision is easy. The responsible gambling page explains each tool.

Help centre questions
How do I reach a real person?
Email support@vegasnow.com from your registered address with your username and a clear description. The contact page explains what to include.
Why has my withdrawal not arrived?
The usual causes are unfinished verification, unfinished bonus wagering, a deposit not yet wagered three times, or a method mismatch. Check those first, then write to us with the details.
Can I withdraw while a bonus is active?
Funds tied to an unfinished bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is complete. You can decline a bonus if you prefer to play without it.
What happens if I bet more than A$8 with a bonus active?
Stakes above the A$8 maximum while a bonus is active break the bonus terms and can put the bonus and its winnings at risk.
Is there a no-deposit bonus?
No. We have no confirmed no-deposit offer. The welcome package starts with a deposit of A$20 or more.
Which games count toward wagering?
Pokies count at 100% (with some exceptions), roulette at 25%, blackjack and game shows at 10%, and baccarat at 0%.
How do I set a deposit limit or take a break?
Both are in your account settings, and customer care can help. Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858 if you want to talk to someone outside VegasNow.
