Two notes on reading that table. First, "Free" and "Instant" are the labels our cashier prints beside each method. They describe how the method is set up on our side, and we would rather you read them as labels than as a promise about your bank, your wallet or a busy blockchain. Second, the Cashtocode row carries a A$25 floor while the introductory text above our table mentions A$30. When the two differ, the figure your cashier shows at the moment you pay is the one that applies, and keeping at least A$30 in mind avoids any surprise.

Why the card and MiFinity floor is A$30, not A$20

You will see A$20 quoted across our bonus pages, and that number is correct: it is the smallest deposit that qualifies for each stage of the welcome package. But the bonus minimum and the payment minimum are two separate rules, and the higher one always wins. A credit card or MiFinity deposit starts at A$30, so on those two methods the real floor for a bonus-eligible deposit is A$30, not A$20.

Here is how that plays out on a first deposit. Put A$30 in by card and the first-stage match of 150% adds A$45 in bonus funds, so you begin with A$75. Put A$100 in and the match adds A$150, for A$250 in total. The first stage stops growing at A$1,500 of bonus money, which you reach with a A$1,000 deposit. A deposit of A$10,000, the top of the card range, would still only attract that A$1,500 cap.

The bonus side then has its own arithmetic. Wagering is 40× the bonus amount, so the A$150 bonus from a A$100 deposit means A$6,000 of qualifying bets within the 7 days the bonus stays live. Free-spin winnings carry 40× as well. While any bonus is active the largest single stake allowed is A$8, and winnings from a deposit bonus can be cashed out up to A$5,000 per offer. The full wording is in our published bonus terms and conditions. You can also decline a bonus entirely and play with your own deposit only, which is worth remembering if the 3× deposit rule further down this page matters more to you than a match.

Coins

Crypto deposit minimums, coin by coin

Crypto appears in our table as "Crypto (CPP)". Each coin has its own minimum, measured in the coin itself, and the table lists no upper limit.

Because these minimums are set in coins rather than dollars, their value in Australian dollars moves with the market. A coin minimum can sit comfortably below A$20 on one day and above it on another. If you want a crypto deposit to count toward a welcome stage, check that the dollar value credited to your balance reaches at least A$20, and leave a small buffer for the network fee your wallet charges on the way out.

Step by step

Making a deposit, from sign-in to balance

The same sequence works on a laptop and in a phone browser, because the cashier is the same page on both.

  1. Sign in and open the cashier

Use the sign-in screen with the email and password you chose, then select Deposit from your account. If you have not joined yet, opening a VegasNow account comes first: account details, country, currency and date of birth.

  2. Choose the method

Pick credit card, MiFinity, Cashtocode or one of the ten coins. The cashier shows the minimum and maximum for the method you highlight, so you can see straight away whether the amount you had in mind fits.

  3. Decide the figure before you type it

Enter the amount you set aside for this session, not the most your card or wallet will allow. Deposit limits can be set from your account, and our responsible gambling page explains how they work alongside time-outs and self-exclusion.

  4. Add the stage code if one applies

The first welcome stage needs no code. The second, third and fourth stages use VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4, entered as you deposit. The promo codes page lists which code belongs to which deposit.

  5. Approve it at the source

A card payment may ask your bank for confirmation. MiFinity asks you to approve inside your wallet. Cashtocode completes through its own payment screen. A crypto payment is sent from your wallet to the deposit address shown for that exact coin.

  6. Check the balance

Once the payment is accepted the amount appears in your account balance. If a bonus applies, it is attached according to the stage you are on, and its 7-day clock begins.

The rule that matters most later: wager deposits 3× before withdrawing

Our general terms (version 2.3, dated 20 January 2024) say that a deposit must be wagered three times before funds related to it can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before that turnover is met, the request can be refused or a processing fee can apply. This rule is separate from bonus wagering, and it applies even when you decline every bonus.

The arithmetic is simple. Deposit A$200 and play with your own money only: you need A$600 in total bets before that A$200 and anything it produced is ready to withdraw. Deposit A$50 by MiFinity and the figure is A$150. A crypto deposit worth A$500 needs A$1,500 of play. It is the reason we suggest thinking about the size of a deposit before it is made, rather than paying in more than you intend to use and planning to send the rest straight back.

When you do come to cash out, the method choice on the way in shapes the options on the way out, because funds return to the deposit method where that is possible. Our withdrawals page sets out each payout range, from MiFinity at A$30 to A$4,000 to bank routes at A$300 to A$6,000.

Payment cards fanned across a dark violet surface
Card and e-wallet

Credit card and MiFinity side by side

Credit card is the widest range in our Australian table: A$30 at the bottom and A$10,000 at the top for a single deposit. It suits players who would rather not open another account anywhere, because the card is already in their wallet. The card must be in your own name, matching the name on your VegasNow account.

MiFinity is an e-wallet with a range of A$30 to A$4,000 per deposit. Its main advantage shows up later: MiFinity also appears in our withdrawal table, from A$30 to A$4,000, which makes it one of the more practical round trips for smaller amounts. A bank-route payout starts at A$300, so a player who expects to withdraw A$100 at a time will usually find MiFinity or crypto more workable.

Card issuers make their own decisions about gambling transactions. If your bank declines a payment, that decision sits with the bank, and the same card tried again will normally meet the same answer. Switching to MiFinity or crypto is the usual way forward.

See withdrawal ranges

Cashtocode for small, capped top-ups

Cashtocode is the narrowest range we offer: a minimum of A$25 on its row, a maximum of A$400 per deposit. That ceiling makes it a sensible fit for players who want a hard stop built into the payment method itself. A A$400 cap means no single Cashtocode payment can get away from you, which some people find easier than relying on willpower at the end of a session.

Bear in mind that Cashtocode is a deposit method in our table and does not appear in our withdrawal table. Any later payout from play funded this way goes to a method that supports withdrawals, such as MiFinity, a bank route or crypto. Verification, which we cover below, makes sure the payout account is genuinely yours.

For players comparing methods, a quick note: PayID, POLi and Neosurf do not appear in our Australian cashier table, so the methods listed on this page are the full set we publish for AUD accounts.

Crypto habits

Sending coins without losing any

Every coin in our table has its own deposit address, generated in the cashier for that coin. Copy the address with the copy button rather than retyping it, and always send Bitcoin to the Bitcoin address, Ethereum to the Ethereum address, Tether to the Tether address, and so on. Coins sent to an address for a different asset or network may not be recoverable.

Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us, and they are taken by your wallet before the coins arrive. If you send exactly the minimum and the network fee comes out of that amount, what reaches the cashier can fall short. Sending a little above the minimum is the simple fix.

Keep the transaction hash your wallet shows until the deposit is credited. If you need to ask us about a payment, that one string lets our customer care team follow it on the chain. Email support@vegasnow.com or visit our support page.

Fees: what we cover and what we cannot

Our payments FAQ is direct about this. VegasNow covers its own costs on deposits, which is why the cashier labels each method "Free". That does not stop a third party from charging you. A payment provider may apply its own fee, a card issuer may charge for a currency conversion if the card is not held in Australian dollars, and every blockchain charges a network fee on a transfer.

On withdrawals the picture is slightly different: customers bear any fees a payment provider charges for processing a payout. We do not set those fees and cannot waive them, so it is worth checking what your provider charges before choosing a payout route. A wallet or bank that charges a flat fee per incoming transfer, for instance, makes fewer, larger withdrawals more economical than many small ones.

There is one fee in our own terms to keep in mind. Requesting a withdrawal before a deposit has been wagered three times can lead to a refusal or a processing fee. Meeting the 3× turnover before you request a payout avoids that entirely.

Ownership and checks

Your name on every payment

Our terms require every payment method used on an account to belong to the account holder.

  • Your card, your wallet, your coins. A card in a partner's name or a shared family e-wallet does not meet the rule, even with permission.
  • Matching details. The name on the payment method should match the name you registered with, spelt the same way.
  • Verification comes before payouts. You can deposit without sending documents, but identity checks are completed before a withdrawal is paid, and they may be requested earlier.
  • Funds go back where they came from. Where a method supports it, payouts return to the method used to deposit, which is another reason to use only your own.
  • One active bonus at a time. If a bonus is already running, finish or decline it before claiming the next stage.
  • 18+ only. Accounts are for adults playing with their own money.

When a deposit does not arrive

Most deposit questions resolve themselves with a short check. Refresh the cashier first. Then look at your bank app, MiFinity history or crypto wallet to confirm the payment actually left. A card payment that was declined by your bank never reaches us, and a crypto payment waits until the network confirms it.

If the money left your account but the balance has not changed, gather the details before you contact us: the method, the amount, the time, and the bank reference or transaction hash. With those, customer care can trace the payment. Our support page lists how to reach us, and the published address is support@vegasnow.com.

If you find yourself depositing again to chase losses, or topping up more often than planned, that is the moment to pause rather than try another method. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are in your VegasNow account, and Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support on 1800 858 858.

Deposit questions we are asked most

Short answers on funding a VegasNow account in Australian dollars.

What is the smallest deposit at VegasNow?

It depends on the method. Credit card and MiFinity start at A$30. Cashtocode shows A$25 on its row, while our intro text mentions A$30. Crypto minimums are set per coin, such as 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT. To qualify for a welcome stage, the deposit must also be at least A$20.

What is the largest deposit I can make?

A$10,000 per credit card deposit, A$4,000 per MiFinity deposit and A$400 per Cashtocode deposit. The crypto rows list no maximum. Your own deposit limits, if you set them, apply on top.

Do you charge a deposit fee?

We cover our own deposit costs, so each method is labelled "Free" in the cashier. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or blockchain can still charge its own fees, which we do not control.

Can I withdraw a deposit I have not played through?

Deposits must be wagered 3× before related funds can be withdrawn. A request made earlier can be refused or attract a processing fee. A A$100 deposit, for example, needs A$300 of bets first.

Do I need to verify before depositing?

No. Verification is separate from registration and is completed before a withdrawal, though we may ask earlier. Sending documents in advance means a first withdrawal is not held up waiting for them.

Can I use someone else's card or wallet?

No. Every payment method must be in the account holder's name. Payouts return to the deposit method where possible, so a method in another person's name causes problems later.

Which deposits come with free spins?

All four welcome stages: 200 spins on the first deposit, 50 on the second, 50 on the third and 200 on the fourth. Spin winnings carry 40× wagering and a A$300 cap. Our free spins page has the detail.

Ready to make a first deposit?

A$20 or more on a first deposit (A$30 by card or MiFinity) brings a 150% match up to A$1,500 and 200 free spins, with no code needed.
