Signing in to VegasNow, and keeping the account yours
Your email address and password are all the sign-in screen asks for. This page covers signing in on any device, resetting a password, fixing the usual sign-in problems and keeping the account in your hands.
- 2 details to sign in
- 18+ accounts only
- A$8,000 welcome package

Signing in to your VegasNow account
The sign-in screen asks for the email address and password you chose when you registered. On a phone or a computer, the steps are the same.
Open the sign-in screen
Choose Log in from the top of the page to bring up the sign-in screen. It is the same screen whichever page you start from.
Enter your email address
Use the address you gave when you opened your account. If you have more than one email address, it is worth checking which one you used, because a typo or the wrong inbox is the most common reason a sign-in fails.
Enter your password
Type it carefully, watching for Caps Lock and for a phone keyboard that adds a capital letter or a space at the start. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Confirm and continue
Once you are signed in, your balance, any active bonus, your loyalty points and your account settings are all available from your account menu.
What signing in unlocks
Browsing our pages does not need an account, and you can look through the lobby, read the offers and check the rules before you ever sign in. Anything that touches money or your personal settings, though, sits behind the sign-in screen. That is deliberate. It means the cashier, your bonus history and your limits are only visible to the person who knows the password.
After you sign in you can open the cashier to deposit with credit card, MiFinity, Cashtocode or crypto, each with the limits shown in our Australian table. You can request a payout from My Account, where the withdrawal ranges run from A$30 on MiFinity to A$6,000 per request on bank routes. You can see whether a bonus is active and how far through its 40× wagering you are. You can check your loyalty points and status level, which our VIP and loyalty page explains in full. And you can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude.
Your account is held in the currency you chose at registration. For Australian players that is normally Australian dollars, and every limit on our payments and withdrawals pages is quoted in AUD for that reason.

Resetting your password
If you cannot remember your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. You will be asked for the email address linked to your account, and reset instructions are sent there.
Open the email on the device you are using to sign in, follow the link, and choose a new password. If the email does not appear, check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the address you registered with rather than a different one you also use.
Choose a new password you have not used anywhere else. Reusing a password from another site is the most common way accounts of any kind are accessed by someone else, because a leak elsewhere hands over the key to every account that shares it.
Contact customer careKeeping the account yours
Most account problems are prevented by a few habits on your side. None of them take long.
A password used only here
Long, unique and not built from your name, birthday or the word "casino". A password manager makes this painless.
Look after the inbox too
Password resets go to your email, so the email account itself needs a strong password. Whoever controls the inbox can reset the casino password.
Never share the login
The account is for the person who registered it. Payment methods must be in that person's name, and sharing access can cause problems with verification and payouts.
Check where you are typing
Use the Log in button on our pages rather than a link in an unexpected message. If a message asks you to "confirm" your password, do not.
Sign out on shared devices
On a work computer, a family tablet or any device other people use, sign out when you finish and do not let the browser save the password.
Signing in on your phone
VegasNow runs in your mobile browser. There is nothing to download from an app store, and the sign-in screen on a phone is the same one you see on a computer. Your balance, bonuses and settings follow your account, not the device, so you can start a session on a laptop and pick it up on a phone.
If you sign in often, saving the site to your Home Screen gives you a one-tap shortcut that opens like an app. On an iPhone in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen; some versions offer an Open as Web App option. On Android in Chrome, open the More menu and choose Install or create shortcut. The shortcut opens our site in the browser, so signing in works exactly as before.
A saved shortcut does not keep you signed in forever, and that is a good thing. If your phone is lost or borrowed, a signed-out session protects your balance. Our mobile page walks through the Home Screen steps in more detail.
When the sign-in screen will not let you in
Work through these in order. Most sign-in problems are solved by the first three.
- Check the email address. A missing letter, a different domain or an old address you no longer use will all fail. Use the address you registered with.
- Check the password. Caps Lock, an automatic capital on a phone keyboard, or a saved password from before a reset are the usual causes.
- Reset rather than guess. After a couple of failed attempts, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen instead of trying variations.
- Refresh the page. A page left open for a long time can lose its session. Reload and try again.
- Try another browser. An out-of-date browser or an extension that blocks scripts or cookies can stop the sign-in screen working properly.
- Check your connection. A weak mobile signal can drop the request halfway. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data is a quick test.
- Turn off a VPN. Connections routed through another country can cause access problems. Sign in from your normal connection.
- Then contact us. If none of the above works, email support@vegasnow.com with the email address on the account and a description of what you see.
When the account is closed on purpose
Sometimes a sign-in is blocked because the account is meant to be closed for a while. If you have set a time-out or chosen self-exclusion, the restriction applies for the period you selected. That is the tool doing its job, and it is not designed to be lifted early on request. If you set it during a difficult stretch, it is there to protect the decision you made at the time.
If you are finding it hard to stay away, or you are thinking about opening another account to get around a restriction, please talk to someone. Gambling Help Online is free and confidential, and reachable on 1800 858 858. Our responsible gambling page sets out every account tool available at VegasNow.
An account can also be restricted while we review it, for example when verification is outstanding or account details do not match. In those cases the message on screen or an email from us will say what is needed. Verification is separate from registration and may be requested at any time, though it is always completed before a withdrawal is paid.
After you sign in: a short routine worth keeping
Signing in is the moment to decide what the session is for. A quick look at three things before you open a game saves a lot of second-guessing later.
Your balance and limits. Check what is in the account and whether a deposit limit is set. If it is not, setting one takes a minute and it holds even on nights when your own judgement is tired.
Your bonus status. If a bonus is active, note how much wagering remains and how many of its 7 days are left. While it is live, the largest stake allowed is A$8, and only one bonus can be active at a time. Pokies generally count 100% toward wagering, roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10% and baccarat 0%, so the game you pick changes how quickly the requirement moves. The bonuses page sets out each stage.
Your next step. If you are planning a withdrawal, check that each recent deposit has been wagered 3×, because funds from a deposit that has not reached that turnover can be held back or attract a processing fee. If you are planning to deposit, check which welcome stage you are on and whether it needs a code: none for the first, then VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4.
Changing the details behind your sign-in
Your email address and password are the two things the sign-in screen checks, so keep both current. If you change email provider or stop using an inbox, update the address on your account while you can still sign in, because a password reset sent to an inbox you no longer open is no help at all. Changing a password from inside your account is quicker than a reset and worth doing any time you suspect it has been seen or saved somewhere it should not be.
Some details cannot simply be edited, such as your name or date of birth, because they are checked against your documents during verification. If one of them was entered incorrectly at registration, contact customer care rather than opening a second account. They can tell you what is needed to correct it.
What is stored behind the sign-in
| Detail | Where it comes from | Why it matters at sign-in |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Entered at registration | Your sign-in name and where password resets are sent |
| Password | Chosen at registration or reset | The only other thing the sign-in screen asks for |
| Country and currency | Chosen at registration | Sets the cashier currency and the limits you see |
| Date of birth | Entered at registration | Confirms you are 18 or over; checked during verification |
| Verification status | Completed separately | Needed before a withdrawal is paid |
| Limits and exclusions | Set by you in the account | Can block deposits or sign-in for the period you chose |
Who runs the account you are signing in to
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. Your account, your balance and the personal details you entered at registration are held under that licence. You can view the licence on the Curaçao licence register, and our licensing page explains what it covers.
How we handle the details stored in your account is set out in our privacy policy, and the rules that govern the account itself are in our terms. If anything about your account looks wrong, such as a change you did not make, a sign-in you do not recognise, or a reset email you did not request, change your password straight away and tell customer care.
Sign-in questions
Quick answers on getting into your VegasNow account.
What do I need to sign in?
The email address you registered with and your password. Nothing else is asked for on the sign-in screen.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. Instructions go to your registered email address. Check spam if they do not arrive, and choose a password you do not use anywhere else.
I no longer have access to my registered email. Can you help?
Yes. Contact customer care at support@vegasnow.com. We will need to confirm you are the account holder before changing anything, which may involve verification.
Is there a VegasNow app to sign in with?
VegasNow runs in your mobile browser, and you can save it to your Home Screen for one-tap access. Our mobile page explains how.
Can I stay signed in on my phone?
You can let your browser remember the login on a device only you use, protected by a passcode or biometric lock. On shared devices, sign out each time.
Why can I not sign in after setting a time-out?
A time-out or self-exclusion blocks access for the period you chose. It cannot be shortened on request. Gambling Help Online is available on 1800 858 858 if you would like support.
Do I need to be verified to sign in?
No. Verification is separate from registration and sign-in. It is completed before a withdrawal is paid and may be requested earlier.
